Tuesday, Delvin Choice did not make the cut to stay on The Voice. He didn’t get enough tweets on Twitter to make the top five, and along with three others, participated in a last chance sing-off. His song of choice was “Young Girls”. But he didn’t make it in the last chance elimination either.
His departure from The Voice marks the end of one part of his singing career, but the beginning of another. In an Instagram message to fans, the Greenville native said, “The best is yet to come.” This shows that Choice is not done yet, and we’ll be seeing much more of him soon.
The Voice will go on, however, without him. The winner will be announced May 20, and will receive $100,000 and a record deal with Universal Music Group.
